Step by Step Instructions for MTW Registration

1. Download and install a copy of Adobe Reader (get.adobe.com/reader) if you don’t already have it. (It’s free.) (Attention Mac users!  Do NOT use the Mac Preview application to complete your registration forms!)
2. Download the Registration Form, Emergency Form, and Student Information Form (for new Main Stage students only) from the MTW website
3. Using Adobe Reader fill out all the forms online and save them to your computer.
4. Email your completed forms to registration@musicaltheatreworks.org.
5. After MTW has received and processed your registration forms, we will email you an invoice for payment via credit card or check.
